Inclusions / exclusions

All our day trips include: Transfer from/to hotel (Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua areas), lunch, snacks, fresh fruit, soft drinks, bottled water, beach towel, full set rental equipment, dive computer, surface marker buoy (SMB), dive guide (max ratio 4 divers :1 dive guide), insurance, park and porter fees (exclude Nusa Penida). If you have your own (full) set of gear we offer a discount of 100,000 IDR/day.

Kindly be aware that the marine park fee for Nusa Penida is not included in the port and park fee. It is IDR 100,000 per person daily and must be paid in cash only.

For trips outside the free transfer zone there will be an additional charge 600,000 IDR per car/day for the pick-up and drop off.

The following items are not included but can be rented at an additional cost: Nitrox 12L and 15L tanks, 15L air tanks, corrective lenses mask, hood and vest, Go Pro Hero 3+/4, Private guide, extra dive, night dive, private transport.

Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia handles a strict no touch policy and using gloves is not allowed.

Dive computers are mandatory (included when renting equipment) and so is the use of a SMB which will be provided on the trips.

Certified divers must present their diving certification card upon check-in on the day of their trip (PADI and SSI certifications can also be checked online). It’s the guest’s responsibility to ensure they have proof of certification and are qualified for the trip booked.

Every guest is required to complete a liability release waiver check-in form upfront or upon check-in, which includes a standard boat travel and scuba diving waiver & assumption of risk. It’s the guests’ responsibility to ensure that he / she is physically fit to engage in any scuba diving / snorkelling activity and has had or will (in case of Discover Scuba Diving, Scuba Diver Course or Open water Course) receive sufficient training in scuba diving and fully understands the risk of boat and shore diving and the possible dangers arising from force of nature.

In case of any health problems, medication, illnesses or injuries please inform us ahead of time. A medical clearance by a qualified diving doctor may be required. Failing to inform us upfront may prevent you from undertaking the activity.

Booking and Cancellation policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking upfront, the balance payment can be done upon check-in at the dive centre.

Full payment is required before the start of your trip.

Cancellation 1 day prior to activity date 50% refund and cancellation on the day of the activity date is non-refundable.

Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia reserves the right to change dive programs and schedules. Reasons for this include, but are not limited to, divers’ abilities, dive conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds on credit card payment are subject to 5% administrative charge.

Any part of any trip is non-refundable on the day/s of activity e.g. no refund is given if a guest chooses to skip a dive for any reason at all.

Lost / damaged goods

Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia does not accept any legal liability for loss or damage to any luggage, dive equipment or personal items whilst being transferred to / from the dive site nor while on the boat. We will offer every assistance possible to help with any insurance claims for lost or damaged property. Guests will be charged for repair/replacement of damaged/lost equipment deemed by the dive guide to have occurred to the guests’ negligence.

On all our dive and snorkel trips, local dive insurance is included which will provide treatment in case of incidents / accidents whilst on the trip, at one of the local hospitals / Hyperbaric Chamber in Bali. If any treatment afterwards is needed this will not be covered by this insurance therefore guests are strongly advised to have a valid dive medical, travel and cancellation insurance.

Liability and Assumption of risk

Pt Indonesia Liveaboards-All 4 Diving Indonesia will go to every effort to assure your trip goes smoothly and we offer the highest quality service and make your diving or snorkelling experience truly memorable. In case of unforeseen problems, we will do our utmost best to find the best solution available at the time. In case our own boat “Little Mermaid” cannot be used on the day, an alternative boat or trip will be arranged. In case there is no alternative available on the day, the trip will be rescheduled or in case this is not possible (e.g. due to other activities planned already by the guest), a refund will be offered.

The captain / trip leader has the sole discretion to delay or cancel a trip in case circumstances are not safe to go out or return, this can be due to but is not limited to, force majeure (like severe storms, earth quakes, tsunami, typhoon etc.) bad weather, political unrest, Acts of God. This could result in changes to the itinerary and number of dives offered on the day and no refund will be offered in this case.

Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia cannot be held liable for and will not be responsible for personal injuries, property damage or wrongful death that may occur by trips organized by Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia does.

Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia does not offer refunds or  transfers or credits in the event of personal injury, airplane delay, mechanical breakdowns, weather, sickness, or in cases of force majeure including but not limited to, strikes, war, criminal acts, quarantine, pandemics, border closures or any other government instigated restrictions either at origin, transit or destination countries, acts of God, and if another guest requires immediate evacuation to shore or any other event beyond its actual control.

There are inherent risks associated with all activities organized by Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia, those risks must be accepted by the guest. Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia is not liable if accidents happen as a result of acts of/by any third party.

Pt Indonesia Liveaboards- All 4 Diving Indonesia will refund the full trip (minus bank transfer / credit card fees if applicable) if we need to cancel a trip due to other reasons other than but not limited to force majeure, as described above.

COVID-19: Providing a safe and clean environment for our guests and team members has always been a top priority. From the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken measures to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff members. We will continue monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and apply updates to the recommended procedures and protocols as set by the World Health Organization, DAN, the Indonesian Government and local authorities.

As we all know, there is no way anyone can guarantee you won’t get COVID 19 whilst in Indonesia or when travelling. Therefore PT Indonesia Liveaboards-All 4 Diving Indonesia cannot be held responsible for any of our guests who may be infected whilst participating in any of our diving programs/trips or on our premises.
