As we head now full flight into the high season here in Bali our boat the Little Mermaid is drawing admiring glances from all those plying the high seas between Sanur, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida.
Recently the Little mermaid was launched in her new party dress after an extensive manicure, pedicure, aromatherapy massage and full on spa treatment Balinese style at the ship yard !!
The results were outstanding and Bali Fiberglass who completed the work exceeded all expectations as she looks gorgeous with new paintwork and design inside and out, antifoul, non-slip floor, toilet facilities, sundeck, as well as her full complement of the latest safety equipment installed.
It was a day of brute force and manpower with many drops of sweat spilt, sharp intakes of breath and tense moments and movements as the Little Mermaid was maneuvered in quite a small space occupied with many other vessels and equipment. She was pushed out onto the slipway wharf on a trailer and then with the help of a crane and straps lifted up and into the water, the crane operators orders were simply “ DON’T DROP IT !! “
If you’re lucky enough to secure a space aboard the Little Mermaid for your Bali diving adventures with All4Diving Indonesia you may also be doubly lucky to find this smiling fellow on board so don’t forget your camera equipment !!
