Meet the All 4 Diving Team

At All 4 Diving there is a team of six instructors, speaking five languages between them. They have a wealth of local knowledge and experience which will help you get the best out of your diving adventure among the best sites that Bali has to offer.

Dive Team


Sara is from Switzerland and started diving in 2008. Diving quickly became her passion leading her to leave her country to become a PADI professional and live her dreams to discover the world. She became PADI Divemaster and quickly realized that she wanted to be able to share her knowledge by teaching, she passed her PADI Instructor course in 2012. She teaches in English, French, German and Italian. She has dived in the cold Swiss Lakes, Red Sea, Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives and is living in Bali since 2015. She loves sharks, frog fish and night diving.

Specialties: Peak Performance Buoyancy, Deep, Wreck, Night, Enriched Air and Photography


Kadek (or Juli) is our Balinese Dive Instructor. She started her scuba career in 2007, working as a sales assistant in a dive shop in Kuta. It was love at first sight for Kadek when the dive shop introduced her to scuba diving. By 2009 she was already working as a Divemaster and in 2014 became a PADI Instructor. Her real passion is teaching and loves to see the excitement in people’s faces when they say “I love scuba diving” after taking their first breaths underwater. Right now she is well on her way to pursue her dream to become a PADI Course Director.

Level: PADI IDC Staff Instructor
Specialties: Aware coral reef conservation, Oxygen Provider, Equipment specialist, Deep, Wreck, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Enriched Air and PADI side mount.


Vintty is from Manado, North Sulawesi. Her first dive was in 2007 while studying Underwater Ecotourism at University. After seeing all the wonderful creatures and corals, she realized that she wanted to become a Dive Instructor. She is experienced with, Komodo National Park, Alor, Wakatobi, Banda Sea and Raja Ampat having worked for several years on Liveaboards before moving to Bali in 2014. Vintty loves the Ballet of the Manta Rays and the stillness of the seahorses!

Specialties : Fish ID, Boat, Deep, Digital Underwater Photography, Drift, Enriched Air, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Navigation, Night, Search & Recovery, Wreck, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Project Aware, Aware Coral Reef Conservation and Emergency Oxygen Provider.


Sandhie is from Bogor, West Java. He is a passionate sportsman and fitness trainer. He started diving in 2005 enjoying diving as a hobby for many years he eventually decided to become an Instructor in 2016 after working for a year as Divemaster here at All 4 Diving. He has experience diving in many places around Indonesia including, Java, Bali and Raja Ampat. His preferred sea creature is the master of disguise, the Octopus!

Specialties: Enriched Air and Peak Performance Buoyancy


Herry is from East Java. As a kid, he took swimming lessons and played Water Polo, he loved water so much that when he got the opportunity to try diving in 1982 he didn’t hesitate! He left Java for Bali in 1984 and became a PADI Instructor the same year. He has over 14,000 dives in Indonesia, South Africa, Kenya, Florida, Philippines and the cold Estonia. His favorite critters are Frogfish and most appreciated fish are Anthias which give him important details about the unpredictable currents.

Janri is from Manado, North Sulawesi. He started diving more than 14 years ago while studying Underwater Ecotourism at University. Janri learned to dive in Bunaken National Park and Lembeh Straits where he also worked for several years before moving to Bali in 2008. His passion is muck diving and Photography, definitely one of the best “spotters” in Indonesia. His favorite creatures are the Blue Ringed Octopus and the mythic Mola Mola (Sunfish)

Day Trips

We run daily trips to the best dive sites around Bali. Experience the famous Liberty Wreck in Tulamben Village, Muck dive for critters in Amed  or dive with the great pelagics such as The Giant Manta Rays and The Mola-Mola on the reef of Nusa Penida Island.


Tulamben is one of Bali’s most famous diving areas hosting dive sites such as the US Liberty Wreck, Coral Garden, Drop Off, Sereya secrets, Melasti and the Batu Kelebit. All sites can be reached with an easy access from the beach and are appropriate for all level of divers.

Diving In Indonesia

Indonesia is synonymous with diving, and for a good reason. Indonesia’s coastline has more than 600 coral and 3,000 fish species making it one of the worlds most marine diverse areas. There’s exhilarating drift diving, fantastic night diving, deep trenches and many WWII relics to explore.
